Returns & Cancellations

Beeja Botanicals is a small company. We try to meet consumer’s expectations for product information and purchase flexibility to the best of our ability with our very limited resources. Kindly, be mindful of this when making any purchase, and contact us if any doubt remains ahead of making a purchase. We would prefer to answer your questions ahead of time than cancel or return a product.


We will gladly issue a full refund for any full priced unopened and unused product that is returned. Notice of return should be given within 7 days after delivery. Simply contact us and return the products to our address. Postage will be charged at actuals.


Our products once opened cannot be repackaged or resold due to the lack of preservatives. To keep things safe for our customers, we do not accept returns on opened merchandise. If you are unsure of a product’s suitability, kindly contact us.


Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products. 


Beeja Botanicals is not responsible for damage after delivery.


Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.


All claims for shortages, damages, fault must be reported on the day of delivery. Kindly, contact us and our agent will advise you on a case by case basis. You may be asked to provide proof of the damages or faults in the product. 


We will accept the cancellation of any order placed through, as long as notice is given to us before shipment is confirmed.


Once shipment of order is confirmed, products can be returned to us unopened and unused, at your expense, and a refund will be issued.
